How to locate your console tab

This article will guide you on how to find your console tab.

Often, when you contact our support team, we may request your Console Tab logs. These logs aid our team in troubleshooting reported issues more efficiently.

Here are the steps you need to follow to find your Network Tab:

1. Find a suitable place to use your right mouse click.

Find an area where your right-click function will work. We generally recommend accessing it via the video bar section, as there is always a space for right-clicking.

2. Select the option Console.

Once you've opened the small menu, select the Inspect option. This will open another menu:

While this may initially seem overwhelming, most of the information is irrelevant to our needs 🙂.

3. Navigate to the Console tab..

Once you have opened the menu, navigate through the tabs on the top until you find the Console  tab. Select it once you find it.

4. Screenshot or record the information in the Console tab

Once you've reached this step, take a clear screenshot of the information displayed on this tab. This will help our support team understand and evaluate your issues accurately.

*Remember to remove all filters from the console so that every log is included in the report.
