How to reset your password

In this article, we'll guide you through the process of resetting your password. Whether you've forgotten your original password or you regularly change it for security reasons, these steps will help you update it.

If you can't access the app or don't know your current password:

Step One - Go to the login page

• Access our app's login page here or navigate to https://login.app.kognic.com/

• Click Forgot password? on the page.

Step Two - Type your associated email

• After clicking Forgot password?, you'll be directed to a page asking for your email.

Step Three - Verify your email inbox

• After entering your email and clicking "Reset Password", a new page will appear.

• Check your email inbox for a password reset email. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your Spam folder.
• Follow the steps provided in the email to change your password.
  
  

If you can access the app and know your current password:

Step One - Go to your profile

• Open your profile page on app.kognic.com and click on your Profile Name (located on the left navigation bar).
• A menu will open. Click on Profile... to open your Profile Page.

Step Two - Click on Change Password

• On your profile page, click Change password, located at the bottom left.

Step Three - Change your password

• Follow the prompts to change your password.
