In this article, we'll cover several keyboard shortcuts that can speed up your annotation process.
Automation is increasingly popular, helping us work more efficiently and effectively, and even taking over some tasks completely.
Using shortcut keys is one way to incorporate automation into your work, thus speeding up your annotation process. 🥳
Navigating the Objects List:
Use the "TAB" key to quickly navigate through the Object list in a scene.
Note: You can also navigate upwards through the list by using "SHIFT + TAB".
Hide all annotations:
To get a clear view of your scene without any annotations, press "H" to hide all annotations.
Measure the distance between Objects:
To measure the distance (in pixels) between two objects or points, use the "T" key to activate the ruler.
Create a new Object of the same shape as the selected one:
To create an object with the same shape as a selected one, you don't need to navigate to the Create tab. Instead, press "0" to automatically enter drawing mode with the shape already selected.
Undoing Actions:
If you make a mistake, or need to undo a previous action, use "CTRL + Z".
If you want to revert your undo action, use "SHIFT + CTRL + Z".
Setting Object Visibility:
The "." shortcut key allows you to toggle the visibility of objects. By pressing ".", you can tag an object as visible or invisible.
